I wonder if she knows what happens to curious kitties?

This morning was a very productive morning for me. I spent most of the morning in my craft room experimenting with a new process. After playing around with infusible ink in the form of Cricut infusible ink transfer sheets and markers I decided to try my hand at sublimation. It seems I am fascinated at the thought of being able to transfer almost any type of image, including photographs, onto items such as coffee mugs, tumblers, tote bags, and many, many more items. My first project, a set of coasters for our travel trailer, went fairly well...with the exception of a minor oopsie on my part resulting in an extra line which should not have been where it ended up being, but I guess we'll just call that a teachable moment and move on. My next project, creating a transfer of my blog logo to be put on a tote bag, didn't go quite as I had hoped, but with an IT assist from the Hubs (it's nice to have a personal IT expert on hand) the project was soon back on track. As I continued to experiment with different ideas and formats I noticed I had a visitor...it would seem Lilibet just could not pass up the opportunity to explore the wide open closet (please excuse the mess). In true cat form, she had to explore every nook and cranny of this newly discovered space, and after fully satisfying her curiosity she did what any self respecting cat would do...she curled up in the tightest space she could find and took a nap. While she didn't turn out to be a very good helper, she did at least provide some comic relief as I watched her try to squeeze herself into a space that was half her size! I don't think she appreciated my giggling at her as she tried though (I should probably sleep with one eye open tonight...lol)! Pets do the goofiest things at times, but it's those goofy things that provide us with a little laughter to brighten up our day. Hopefully you've found something to provide you with a little laughter today as well.

Blessings, Candi 💕
