Even though I didn’t actually use any wrapping paper!

Today has been an extremely productive, if a tad bit frustrating, day for me. I woke up this morning full of ideas and ready to get down to business in my craft room. I had Christmas presents to finish, and nothing was going to keep me from seeing my ideas come to fruition today (or so I thought)! As the morning progressed, I completed one project I had started the day before, and resumed work on the second project I had started the day before as well. It was then that my day was derailed! I won’t go into details, just suffice it to say my lack of attention to certain details resulted in a ruined project and no plan B to fall back on...oops! Thankfully the local craft retailer that has been closed the past two days due to an unexpected water leak was open again and still had the item I needed to complete my project in stock...hallelujah! Having replaced the item I had ruined, as well as purchasing an extra...just in case, I got down to business and finally finished my project. I would post pictures but I don’t want to ruin anyone’s Christmas...lol. The sense of accomplishment I felt knowing I had managed to successfully bring my ideas to fruition made me forget any difficulties I may have faced in completing my projects. I hope if you find yourself facing difficulties while trying to accomplish a project, whether it be for fun or work, you persevere...the sense of accomplishment you will feel will most certainly make your day better.
