A truck with an identity crisis...why not?!

ree

The winter weather apocalypse continues here in Central Texas. Mother Nature decided to add a few inches of snow over our still existing layer of ice overnight. Throw in a bit of wind, and you have an extremely odd looking snow drift on the front end of our Ram pickup...making it look more like a rhino than a Ram. As I wandered to the front of the house after waking to see just what new surprise Mother Nature had left, I caught sight of our truck and immediately began to laugh. The thought of our truck having decided now that it had a horn it would cease to be a Ram and become a rhino immediately popped into my head and brought on a case of the giggles. I must admit I was in serious need of a giggle fit as the Hubs had had to go into work, and I was not exactly happy (not happy is a bit of an understatement, but the most family friendly version of my feelings) at the thought of him having to drive on the icy snow covered roads. Fortunately the decision to close his place of employment was made shortly after his arrival and he was able to safely return home. There are times a distraction is needed, and today an odd looking snow drift and strange sense of humor provided me that much needed distraction. Should you need a distraction, I hope you too will come across an odd sight that combined with your sense of humor will result in a relieving fit of laughter.

Blessings, Candi 💕
