And oh boy was there some rust to knock off when I did!!

Today marked the start of the second semester of a course I have enrolled in so I had to crack open those books once again. It seemed like forever since we had last been in class and I had needed to crack open those books (it was really only eight weeks...Lol), so needless to say...it took longer than usual for me to get my head back in the game! As I spent the morning brushing up on my notes from last semester, I eagerly anticipated returning to a live classroom this evening. There really aren’t a lot of us in the class, so social distancing isn’t an issue, which allowed us the luxury of having class in person. In spite of my worries of having forgotten the lessons learned in the first semester, seeing my instructor and fellow classmates made my heart feel a bit lighter today. The opportunity to interact with people on a level other than that of your typical retail experience can be a rare occurrence in this day and age, and I was thrilled to be able to do so. I’m happy to share, that aside from a minor hiccup regarding this semester’s syllabus, class went surprisingly well. It’s always nice to have the opportunity to expand your mind, and being able to do so in person with a group of like minded individuals makes it all the more enjoyable. I hope you too will have the opportunity to broaden your horizons, and to be able to do so with a group of people whose company you enjoy.

Blessings, Candi 💕
