Feb. 5th - The Day I Had To Admit I May Have A Problem 🤦‍♀️

Hi...my name is Candi, and I’m a craftaholic!

You may or may not remember me mentioning the Hubs having gifted me an early Christmas present in the form of a Cricut Maker. Well, I think he may have come to regret making that particular purchase. Now that we are truly empty nesters, I have converted our now extra room into a craft room, and most days I can be found in it up to my elbows in one project or another. Until now, I wouldn’t have considered myself a particularly creative person, but there is no end to the number of projects and techniques to be found online in craft forums and you tube videos (seriously, you can lose hours of time by going down that particular rabbit hole!), and I have been inspired by more than just a few of them. I have also learned this particular habit can become quite costly, quite quickly...so when any of our local craft supply stores advertises a really good sale, you can bet you will find me headed there as fast as my little feet can get me there! Having spotted one such sale, I couldn’t help but share the news with a dear friend of mine who is a fellow crafter, and together we made a beeline for the store! Spotting a great sale always brings a smile to my face, but spending the afternoon bargain hunting with a dear friend makes the savings that much sweeter. Spending time with a dear friend who shares the same interests as you is guaranteed to make even a bad day into a great day! I hope you have someone in your life whom spending time with makes your day a great day also.
