Feb. 8th - The Day I Was Being Watched 👀

Not so subtly either!

It’s been a cool and overcast day here in Central Texas, so I decided I would spend my day in the craft room. There are a few special projects I have been working on, and today seemed like the perfect day to get some of them completed. In the interest of full disclosure, I am still far from having any of them completed, but I did at least make some headway on them. I may have made more headway had I not been distracted by the feeling I was being intently watched. It seems Piglet felt my time could have been better spent cuddling on the couch with her for the day, and in protest decided to camp out in the room opposite the craft room and attempt to stare me into submission. Sadly for Piglet her staring technique did not result in me changing my plans for the day, but I must admit I was extremely tempted to do so (I mean come on....how could you resist such a cute little face?!). Regardless of the distraction she may have caused, her staring/pouting still brought a smile to my face. The unconditional love shown us by our pets is one of the greatest feelings you can experience. Knowing Piglet‘s only wish was for me to abandon whatever it was that was pulling my attention away from her so we could snuggle up together definitely warmed my heart today. I hope you too have the chance to experience some unconditional love as well.
