May 10th - The Day I Watched A Tsunami 🌊

The week is off to a gray and dreary start here in Central Texas...the sky has been threatening to open up and pour down rain from the start of the day, but for some reason has yet to do so (not that I'm complaining about that). If I'm being completely honest, the weather has made it much easier for me to buckle down and complete a few projects I have been working on. It has always been easier for me to concentrate on the task at hand if I am not tempted to spend my time outside playing in the dirt (honestly I have no idea why I keep trying to grow anything...by August it's entirely too hot to be outside and most everything I've planted has withered and died). Once I had completed at least one or two of my many projects, and done the usual daily household tasks, I allowed myself a few moments to scroll through Facebook. Almost immediately I came across a video (link to video in photo) of a pup who seemed to be extremely excited at the prospect of having a bath. I could only wish either of my pups would ever be as excited about a bath as this pup was...for the most part bathing either of my pups is sure to result in not only soaking wet pups, but both myself and the bathroom becoming soaked as well. The sight of this excited little pup doing zoomies in the bubbly bath water, and creating almost tsunami like waves in the process, made me burst out laughing. The antics of that little pup were just too cute not to laugh at! I hope by sharing the video of this exuberant little pup I have brought some laughter into your day as well.
