And I think they did a quacking good job of it!

Get it...quacking good job instead of cracking good job?! Corny I know, but I just couldn't help myself! I have been a busy little bee today, and luckily I can report I got much more sleep last night than I did the previous one...thank goodness, making it much easier to be productive. I spent the better part of my day the same as I did yesterday...on my MacBook. I have been hard at work on a new project (more details on that to come at a later date) which has challenged not only my design skills, but my computer skills as well. With my brain feeling quite taxed, I decided to take a little break...and of course I spent that time perusing Facebook (what else would I do...right?). As I was scrolling through my Facebook feed I was drawn to a photo I had initially scrolled past (it was a rather drab looking photo), but something about it made me scroll back up so I could get a better look. It wasn't so much the photo alone as it was the combination of the photo and accompanying caption (link in photo to full post) that caught my eye as I scrolled back up for a second look. It would seem an unfortunate construction crew returned from their lunch to find a raft (yes...that is what a bunch of ducks is called) of ducks from a nearby duck pond had decided to customize what they apparently felt was a rather lackluster concrete driveway. If you ask me they did quite a nice job of creating a uniquely interesting custom pattern, something some people pay quite a bit to have done (wasn't it nice of the ducks to work for free). While I'm sure the construction crew did not appreciate the ducks design esthetic, nor the fact they had effectively lost half a days work, I found it to be rather humorous! I hope by sharing their story with you I have brought a bit of laughter into your day too.

Blessings, Candi 💕
