Okay not really...but she sure stuck to me like she was.
I think someone missed her momma! While the Hubs and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation itās definitely nice to be home. Dorothy was absolutely right when she said āThereās no place like homeā. Itās been a typical fall day here in Central Texas, with the type of weather that makes you want to snuggle up under a nice warm blanket on the couch. After running a few errands I decided to give into that particular temptation and curl up under my favorite cozy blanket, and it would seem that Piglet Grace thought it was a wonderful idea. My little sweet pea has been stuck to me like velcro since I set foot in the door last night. I have to be honest, I really donāt mind at all, there are very few things I enjoy more than being cuddled up with my sweet little Piglet Grace (donāt tell the Hubs I said that, but it goes without saying, heās still my favorite human to cuddle up with). Dogs seem to have an unlimited amount of unconditional love for the hoomans they consider to be their particular hooman. Thatās a lesson we as humans should learn from our devoted canine partners, to show each other more unconditional love. With the events of this past year itās all the more important we do so. Weāve all had to deal with some sort of personal trial or difficulty and to be shown unconditional love would lessen the burdens we bear and help to make our hearts feel a little lighter. I hope you have been shown unconditional love, and you remember to show someone else some unconditional love as well. You never know, just a moment of kindness could mean the world to someone.
Blessings, Candi š
